Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Final Due to the nature of live event hospitality and ticket inventory, all sales are final. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations if you simply change your mind or are unable to attend.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the package price within 30 days of the premium cancellation announcement.

• Rescheduling: If an event is moved to a new date, your package will remain valid for the new date. Refunds are not automatically granted for rescheduled events unless the specific event organizer’s policy allows for it.

3. Delivery of Packages We guarantee the delivery of your hospitality package in time for the event. In the rare instance that we cannot supply the specific package ordered, we reserve the right to upgrade you to a comparable or better category at no extra cost. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be issued a 100% refund.
